Save Your Own Stories

Method 1: Auto-Save to Camera Roll

Set Instagram to automatically save every story you post:

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Tap menu (three lines)
  3. Select Settings and privacy
  4. Tap Archiving and downloading
  5. Enable Save story to camera roll

Done. Every story you post now saves to your phone.

Method 2: Save from Archive

Instagram automatically archives your stories after 24 hours:
